The Dynapack™ direct couples to the wheel hubs and applies a precisely controlled hydraulic load. This method of direct coupling plus its built-in strength means the Dynapack™ is always in control of the vehicle.

Controlling a powerful car on a roller dyno can sometimes be a daunting task. With Dynapack™ you have TOTAL CONTROL of the vehicle, with no wheel slip due to its direct coupled design. With that there is no inertia to mask the results, giving you greatly improved sensitivity, repeatability and significantly reduced time spent tuning and mapping!

With the power of the Dynapack™ literally at your fingertips, you have complete control over the test and the demands placed on the vehicle. Flexible data presentation and analysis is available direct from the Dynapack™ in seconds.

Dynapack™ chassis dynamometers are such a radical departure from the stereotypical roller dyno that it really is in a class of its own. Most of the previous assumptions made about chassis dynos (the roller type) simply do not apply to the Dynapack™ series.

The NEW RPM Input uses the primary input to the coil pack that is readily accessible to clip onto (Low Voltage) and the NEW TPS Input clips onto the wire of the Throttle Position Switch (0.5V – 4.5V in the general range). Both of these can be displayed on the Dynapack Live Strip graph.

The NEW DUAL LAMBDA and DUAL MAP system gives you the flexibility to retrieve additional data and read both AFR and Lambda at once.

Passive/Linked Drive

Dynapack is pleased to announce that Passive/Linked Drive is now available.

The Passive/Linked Drive can be retrofitted to any Dynapack and works with 2WD or 4WD Dynapacks.

当社にとってセッティングを行う上でダイナパックは必要不可欠なツールとなっています。

As for my company, the Dynapack has become an indispensible tool for setting .
各種フルコンピューターや純正ECU書き換えセッティングにおいて
燃料マップ、点火マップ
連続可変バルブマップの最適化を行うことが出来ます。
When it comes to the setting of different full-com ECUs  or the remapping of standard automotive ECUs,
it is possible to optomize fuel  and ignition maps as well as continuously-variable valve maps.
さらに製作したエンジンの慣らし運転を行う際にも活用しています。

100馬力に満たないHONDA S660のセッティングから
1000馬力オーバーのNISSAN GT-Rのセッティングまで
正確なパワー&トルクチェックが出来るダイナパックは非常に優秀です。

From  setting a Honda S660 that doesnt even reach 100HP to a 1000HP
Nissan GT-R , the Dynapack really is excellent at providing accurate power
and torque readings.

実際に走行するギアでの回転上昇率を測っておけば
SWEEP TESTにて負荷の掛け方を再現する事も可能で
ローラータイプのシャーシダイナモには無い、走行再現性もあります。

The Sweep Test function allows a reproducability of loading that a
roller-type chassis dynamometer doesnt provide.
ソフトのバージョンアップやカスタマーにも満足しており
最近備わったR35 GT-Rのフロントトルクをカットする機能は非常に優れています。
I have found that the customer support and software upgrades have been very satisfying .
One recent example is the excellent upgrade that allows the front wheel control
to be cut manually  , and it has proven very useful when testing my tuned-up R35 GT-R .

実走セッティングだけではセッティングを詰める事が出来ません。

Road testing alone is not enough to work out how to set up a vehicle.
ダイナパックがあれば正確な再現性で
セッティングしたいポイントを納得できるまでマッピングする事が可能です。
With a Dynapack chassis dynamometer and its accurate repeatable functions ,

当社ではダイナパックは欠かせないセッティングツールです。                                              As for my company, my Dynapack is a setting-tool that I cannot do without.

実際に使用している内容は、
・燃料マッピング、MBTの設定
・部品のテスト
・エンジンのラッピング
・パワーチェック
で、それぞれですばらしい結果をもたらしてくれます。                                                         The use of my Dynapack has brought about fantastic results with regard to fuel mapping, MBT setting, parts testing, engine wrapping and power-checking. 

1000馬力から小さい100馬力程度まで細かく測定できて、
特に、回転固定できるモードの使用は燃料マッピングを短時間で行えます。                        I can test and log data results from 100 to 1000 HP cars in detail. In particular, using the engine-RPM-locking mode,  I am able to map fuelling in a short period of time. 

また、ドラッグレースなどで、例えば3速で5000rpmから8000rpm
まで掛かった時間を設定すれば、走行時とまったく同条件負荷を掛ける事が可能
なので、ローラータイプとは比較にならない再現性もあります。
On top of that, the repeatability of the Dynapack, especially when compared to my roller-type dynamometer, and the similarities of the loading to real-time road conditions (eg. a drag-race in 3rd gear between 5000 and 8000 engine RPM) are other aspects that really appeal to me.

私が最初に導入したときからすでに15年ほど経過し、
ソフトもどんどん良くなっていて、その点も満足しています。                                                 I must add that after 15 years of owning a Dynapack, I have been very satisfied with the constant improvements to the software.

この装置が無ければレースやチューニングの仕事は65%ぐらいの完成度でしかないと
考えています。                                                                                                                            Finally. I have concluded that without this machine, I would be only able to complete 65% of any race and tuning related work.
